Basic Tune Up
The basic tune up is where the Cycling Season begins!

We start with a safety check which ensures that your bicycle is roadworthy (or, trail worthy!). This includes adjustment of the headset, hubs, gears, and breaks. The wheels are closely inspected and trued.

The drive train is completely disassembled (this includes chain, derailleur, cassettes, and cranks) and scrubbed sparkling clean.

This is the complete disassembly of the bicycle. All parts are cleaned, lubed, and inspected before putting it all back together like new!

All products must be returned new and in condition to resell, within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. That includes any box and/or tags that the product came with. With Original receipt or store credit will be issued. Sales on sale priced items are final no returns. Returns will be given only in the way paid for (e.g., credit for credit card). Cash refunds made only if amount is under $50. Large cash amounts will be mailed by check once original check has cleared. 15% re-stocking fee on special order items. $100 restocking fee on bicycles, must be in brand new condition to resell.

All returns require a Return Merchandise number (RMA#). To obtain a RMA# e-mail us at You will then need to write the number on the outside of the shipping box and ship it back to:

We will refund shipping costs on damaged merchandise or in the case that we shipped the wrong item(s). Otherwise you are responsible for shipping and packing costs. (We do not accept CODs).

Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.
